OHS Sleep Center Partners, LLC (OHSSCP) is a sleep practice consulting, development and management organization. We are driven by the following:

• A growing need for well-managed sleep evaluation and treatment care centers.
• A broad range of patients treated by specialist physicians who have an interest in sleep, i.e. cardiology, internal medicine, ENT, psychology, neurology and pulmonology.
• To date, the development of sleep treatment centers has largely been led by hospitals (which will change due to reform.) We believe pulmonologists ear, nose, throat, internal medicine; psychiatry as well as cardiology physicians also have an interest in developing sleep practices.
• As the potential for comprehensive sleep evaluation and treatment care centers becomes apparent, and more competitive, board certified, physician-owned, physician-led sleep center business models will grow dramatically taking patients away from hospital based laboratories.
• Creating and managing comprehensive disease management partnerships is a key competency of OHS Companies. We add value to the business of building and managing sleep practices.

About OHS Sleep Center Partners
OHS Sleep Center Partners is led by experienced, talented individuals with a passion for building successful physician-led businesses. OHS Sleep develops and manages physician-led, physician-owned, sleep diagnostic & treatment centers. We partner and consult across the country with specialists in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, ENT, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Cardiology, which are often central or core specialties in each OHS Sleep project. We also provide development (including joint ventures), turn around management consulting with health systems.

We partner with physicians to create joint-venture sleep centers in which local physicians are owners, while OHS Sleep functions as the managing partner. The result: we assume responsibility for the development and the management of the Sleep Center, creating a total turnkey venture for you. Our projects may also include a hospital partner or in some instances, the hospital will initiate the development of the joint-venture sleep centers.

The typical OHS joint-venture structure begins with a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), which is owned jointly by local physicians, OHSSCP and perhaps a hospital. OHSSCP will then function as the managing partner with a management fee of 7% of net collections.

OHS Sleep partnerships are developed with physicians that focus on sleep solutions as part of their practice. The OHS Sleep partnership develops the facility and provides the testing and non-medical staff to support the contracted physician (board certified sleep physicians with specialties in Pulmonology or Otolaryngology) to diagnose and treat sleep-wake disorders including:

• Sleep apnea
• Snoring
• Pediatric sleep issues
• Narcolepsy
• Restless legs syndrome
• Shift work/Jet lag
• Daytime sleepiness and insomnia
• REM sleep Behavior Disorder
• Periodic limb movement disorder
• Sleep terrors
